Classification by rod materials

①Rack pipes made of single-specification steel pipes: They are made of steel pipes of the same specification (for example: fastener-type scaffolding. Such as: Ф48×3.5 electric welded steel pipes) Note: Ф in the field of mathematics means "equations have no real number solutions (roots)".

②Scaffolding pipes composed of steel pipes of various specifications: It is composed of two or more steel pipes of different specifications (for example: portal scaffolding)

③Scaffolding composed mainly of steel pipes: It means that it is composed mainly of steel pipes and assisted by other types of steel rods (for example: scaffolding with a base or scaffolding with channel steel top support and cantilever scaffolding with connected fixed steel plates)

Differentiation by the vertical force of the vertical pole and the horizontal pole

④ Relying on the shear-resistant force transmission of the pin rod: that is, the pin rod is passed through the vertical connecting plate of the horizontal rod and the hole of the vertical rod to complete and realize the connection. At this time, the pin rod is subjected to shear force on both sides. This method of use is not very common in the connection between the horizontal rod and the vertical rod.
